Are events open to non-members?
Events are for members and their guests. If you want to see the club first, request an introduction.
Can I bring a guest?
Usually, yes. Guests are registered in the app, up to three per visit, so they finally see what you have been talking about.
Where do members see what is coming up?
In the member app. The rest you hear at the bar.
Can my company host its own event?
Yes. Private event rental is $3,600, or $2,500 for members, on Mondays and Saturdays.
How many guests can you host for a private event?
Up to 70 guests, with the whole room private for your group: five TrackMan bays, the conference room and the bar.
How much does it cost to rent The Office for a private event?
The whole room is $3,600 per event, or $2,500 for members, on Mondays and Saturdays, one company or party at a time.
Can we host a holiday party or a golf simulator party?
Yes. Holiday parties, client nights, team nights and milestone celebrations all work as a private buyout. Tell us the night and your guest count through the event inquiry and we will reply within one business day.
Do guests need to know how to play golf?
No. A bracket or a scramble on a live leaderboard puts everyone in it, whether they golf or not, and the bar and lounge are there for anyone who would rather watch.
Is food and drink included?
Catering and beverage are arranged to your event. Your event, your guest list, your catering.
